Sandale maintains an expansive fleet of McElroy Fusion equipment and other HDPE electrofusion and butt fusion accessories. Our equipment can be used for custom fabrication, project rentals, and customer purchases. In addition to having the knowledge and machinery needed to install HDPE material we also offer certified training and on-site fusion services. Each Sandale location has a fusion expert that can assist with any service-related request.

Equipment Rentals

Sandale optimizes its national fleet of HDPE butt fusion, electrofusion, and socket fusion equipment to provide every construction project with the fusion equipment needed to complete an HDPE project. Sandale is also a licensed distributor of McElroy fusion equipment that can also be sold to construction companies as new or used equipment. Fusion Services

Sandale employees certified fusion technicians that are able to mobilize to any project jobsite to assist with any HDPE fusion installation. Our fusion technicians are manufacturer-certified in small, medium, and large diameter butt fusion for McElroy fusion equipment. Sandale fusion technicians can also assist with electrofusion installation, sidewall fusion, socket fusion, and custom fabrication.

Fusion Training

Whatever HDPE related fusion training you may need, Sandale can offer it. Whether itÃ¢ÂÂs extensive hands-on, complex procedure electrofusion training or a refresher courses on butt fusion equipment you and your crew use every day, we can take care or your needs. Sandale can train operators on the latest advancements and proper fusion techniques through our Sandale University certification program. Job site training is available by field fusion technicians who are experienced and manufacturer-certified. Any training you might need, at any time Sandale will accommodate.

Custom Fabrication

Sandale is capable of offering a wide range of components or structures to meet unique design specifications. fabrication creates customized designs and installation complexity that requires an experienced team of fusion technicians to install. Our team of product specialists and industry-certified field technicians can show you ways to use HDPE pipe and fittings to optimize the performance of an HDPE project. Sandale can offer pipe perforation and slotting to any design as well as a wide variety custom welded pressure or drainage fittings that can be plain end or flanged.

Docks

Several of our Sandale locations have specialized experience designing and fabricating floating marine docks using HDPE pipe and fittings. Sandale can provide design assistance to completely custom a durable long-lasting HDPE dock that will be assembled in house and delivered to the waterfront ready for use.
